Formal Letter

Dear doctor Sainz,
                           I am writing this letter because I want some medecine for a cold.
    I want an Ibupirac because I am feeling very bad this days. I have been vomiting for three days. I have had a headache for four days and my stomache was going to explode. I need to get a vaccin for cancer. These days are the worst of my life. I am feeling very bad these days so I went to a doctor and he said that I had nothing. I will not go to that doctor anymore. My father has cancer so he wants me to get a vaccin because he want that his son does not have cancer like him and suffer like him
